The Fressko reusable coffee ‘cup’ is more like an old school flask, with its tall insulated design you can keep your coffee (or tea) hot for hours!
What is it made of?
The Fressko reusable coffee flask is made from double walled stainless steel and bamboo and and food grade silicon inside the vacuum sealed lid. The flask also includes a tea infuser so you can can switch between your favourite hot beverages.
Fressko also offer a double walled glass option for tea drinkers. One of our committee members uses the Fressko portable tea infusers and loves it. It can also double as an flavour infused water bottle.
Is it portable?
The Fressko flask is extremely portable and has a vacuum sealed lid. Like an old school ‘thermos’, you can make your coffee or tea in the morning and it will still be hot hours later, to the point that I had to leave the lid open to cool down my coffee! Fressko claim it can stay hot up to six hours. Perfect for commuters who want to drink their coffee once they reach their destination.
Is it easy to clean?
Fressko recommend you hand wash your bamboo flasks. The glass flasks can be placed in the dishwasher (the lids still have to be handwashed though).
Is it barista friendly?
Unfortunately the Fressko cups are not barista friendly due to their height. You would need to ask your barista to make your coffee in a coffee cup and then carefully pour it into the flask.
